When sample results quietly mislead
A green dashboard is not evidence of a clean population. These are the patterns Schema Analytics flags most often in submitted labs.
Frame thinning
Excluding “unusual” items until the sample looks calm is a common temptation. If exclusions remove the very risk you were engaged to inspect, the result is theatre. Document exclusions with a risk residual note.
Projection bravado
Observed differences in a sample are facts. Projected misstatement is a model. Conflating them in board language invites challenge. Our Module 6 drills force two paragraphs: what we saw, and what we are willing to imply.
Software certainty
Apps calculate intervals with confidence. They cannot know that last week’s export dropped a warehouse code. Treat outputs as drafts until reconciled to source.
A healthier close
Prefer narrower claims with explicit limitations over sweeping comfort. Partners tend to trust files that admit friction.
